About the role
The Real Estate Finance department is seeking a commercial real estate finance associate with 2 or more years of experience representing commercial and investment banks, insurance companies, debt funds and/or other regulated and non-regulated lenders in the financing of commercial properties. The ideal candidate should have experience conducting title, survey, lease and other commercial property diligence and working on the origination of loans secured by commercial properties. Exposure to mezzanine loans and commercial mortgage loan securitization and syndication is a plus.

Qualifications
- Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- Member of the Bar in the United States

Pay
The expected base salary range for this role is $225,000 to $390,000 per year. This range reflects a good-faith estimate of pay at the time of posting; the actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as the candidate’s qualifications.
