Duties And Responsibilities
- Plans and schedules installation and subcontracting activities on assigned projects.
- Captures and manages the project installation plan and job procedures.
- Maintains construction schedule and coordinates task scheduling.
- Maintains project records regarding status, changes, materials, etc.
- Estimates or assists in estimating projects which Aronson Security Group is bidding.
- Keeps accurate records and posts all time for hours worked.
- Routinely oversees the quality installation of Everon products.
- Provides information to determine labor and material requirements on a weekly basis.
- Provides continuity of customer operations and a high level of customer satisfaction/service to the clients.
- Installs Financial/ATM equipment and other electro-mechanical equipment at various locations within assigned territory.
- Installs pneumatic banking systems, various bank locks, and mechanical systems.
- Applies knowledge of basic electricity and electronic theory and the ability to apply that knowledge to duties involved in engineering functions such as evaluation testing and installation of various pieces of bank equipment.
- Exhibits effective customer service skills by consistently communicating with service coordinator, dispatcher, management, and customers to ensure complete customer satisfaction experience.
- Attends training classes when offered.
- Completes monthly vehicle reports in a timely manner.
Minimum Qualifications(Education, Skills & Experience)
- Minimum of High School Diploma/Vocational Training.
- Must have three (3) “plus” years of technical experience with low voltage systems, banking systems, integrated equipment, and pneumatic drive-up systems.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to clear a drug screening.
- Must have low voltage Journeyman’s license.
Physical Requirements
- Regularly stand, walk, sit, twist, use hands to handle, reach with hands and arms, push, pull, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Use vision abilities including: close, distance, peripheral, depth, and color.
- Work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions/circumstances such as with ladders, scaffolding, high lift equipment, wires, ducts, crawl spaces, attics, above ceilings, etc.
- Lift, move, and hold up to approximately 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work a full-time, flexible schedule with “on call availability” and must be able to travel on short notice.
- Must be able to drive a motor vehicle (day and evenings) for extended time periods.

- The budgeted pay range for this role as of November 2024 is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to tenure, previous experience, qualifications, certifications, and geographic considerations.
