About the role
Clark Hill PLC is seeking an associate attorney to join its Banking and Financial Services business unit with 3–5 years of experience in structured finance transactions and securitizations. This position is open to candidates in any of the firm’s office locations.
Responsibilities
- Representing financial institutions, asset managers, and issuers in structured finance transactions and securitizations, including CLO transactions and related special purpose entity matters
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents for asset-backed securities issuances, warehouse facilities, credit facilities, and other structured finance arrangements
- Preparing, negotiating, reviewing and analyzing transactional legal opinions, particularly involving corporate and structured finance legal issues
- Collaborating with the team throughout all phases of complex structured finance transactions
- Detail oriented and organized, with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced transactional practice
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Requirements
- Must be licensed to practice in their home jurisdiction or be eligible for admission
Qualifications
- Experience representing financial institutions, asset managers, and issuers in structured finance transactions and securitizations, including CLO transactions and related special purpose entity matters

Benefits
- Salary range at the time of posting is $175,000 - $225,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule
- Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data
- This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus

Pay
- Annual salary range: $175,000 - $225,000
