• Oversee operational efficiency, monitor metrics, control expenses, and collaborate with retail operations.
• Manage supervisory duties, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and addressing employee relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• Ability to foster teamwork, manage risks, and ensure regulatory compliance.
