Banking Center Manager

Location: On site at the listed location. Summary: This role oversees the sales, production, profitability, and regulatory compliance of a banking center. It ensures delivery of high-quality, accurate, and timely customer service. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership by coaching and managing the team, modeling company culture, and promoting engagement.Drive sales and business development through advice-driven processes, client relationship building, and local market activities.Ensure excellent client experience by promptly resolving issues.Manage team development via recruitment, training, coaching, and performance evaluations, fostering collaboration.Maintain compliance and risk management by adhering to regulations, policies, and internal controls.Lead operational efficiency by monitoring metrics, addressing concerns, and controlling expenses. Supervisory Responsibilities: Direct and evaluate personnel, including hiring, training, performance management, and addressing workplace issues. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Ability to perform all duties satisfactorily, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce. Compliance with background checks, credit review, and regulatory requirements is mandatory.
