Summary

This role oversees the sales, production, profitability, and regulatory compliance of a banking center. It ensures delivery of high-quality, accurate, and timely customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership by coaching and managing the team, modeling company culture, and promoting engagement.
• Drive sales and business development through advice-driven processes, client relationship building, and local market activities.
• Ensure excellent client experience by promptly resolving issues.
• Manage team development via recruitment, training, coaching, and performance evaluations, fostering collaboration.
• Maintain compliance and risk management by adhering to regulations, policies, and internal controls.
• Lead operational efficiency by monitoring metrics, addressing concerns, and controlling expenses.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Direct and evaluate personnel, including hiring, training, performance management, and addressing workplace issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to perform all duties satisfactorily, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• Compliance with background checks, credit review, and regulatory requirements is mandatory.
