Banking Center Manager

Location: On site at location listed in job posting Summary This role oversees the sales, production, profitability, and regulatory compliance of a banking center, ensuring delivery of high-quality, timely customer service. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Strategic leadership: Coach, lead, and manage team to execute initiatives; promote positive work culture and community involvement.Sales and business development: Implement advice-driven sales processes, build key client relationships, and proactively grow market presence.Client experience: Deliver excellent service and resolve client issues promptly.Team management: Recruit, train, develop, and motivate staff; provide performance feedback; foster teamwork and inclusion.Compliance and risk management: Ensure adherence to regulations, policies, and internal controls; implement risk mitigation practices.Operational efficiency: Lead operational excellence, monitor metrics, manage expenses, and address operational concerns.Perform other duties and special tasks as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities Direct and evaluate personnel; handle hiring, training, performance assessments, and disciplinary actions.
