Banking Center Manager

Location: Onsite listed in the job posting. Schedule: Mon-Fri 9:00am - 5:00pm Summary: If you are a natural leader seeking to manage a banking center, this role involves community engagement, building client relationships, and overseeing branch operations to ensure success. Key Responsibilities Include Developing the market through proactive sales calls and networking to meet or exceed loan, deposit, and fee income goals.Engaging with local community organizations and civic groups.Training and motivating staff to deliver high-quality customer service and achieve profit targets.Collaborating with support teams to develop and implement branch activities.Maintaining appropriate staffing levels and monitoring operational efficiency.Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.Managing operational expenses and resolving customer service issues.Representing the company professionally in community and civic events. Qualifications Include Bachelor's degree.1-2 years related experience or equivalent education and experience.Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Must meet background credit check requirements and comply with the S.A.F.E Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 for ongoing employment.
