Banking Center Manager

Location: On site at the listed location. Hours: Monday - Thursday 9AM - 4:00PM, Friday 9AM - 5PM.

Summary

This role oversees the sales, production, profitability, and regulatory compliance of a banking center. It ensures delivery of quality, accurate, and timely customer service, while leading and developing a high-performing team. The position involves strategic leadership, coaching, business development, client experience management, and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include managing staff performance, fostering a positive work culture, building client relationships, ensuring compliance with regulations, and controlling operational costs. The role also requires representing the organization professionally in the community and promoting brand values.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce. The candidate must pass background and credit checks and comply with relevant regulations. The position involves supervising personnel, recruiting, training, and evaluating staff, and ensuring adherence to policies and risk management practices.
