About the role

This role oversees the sales, production, profitability, and regulatory compliance of a banking center, ensuring delivery of quality, accurate, and timely customer service.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership: Coach, lead, and manage the team; promote a positive work culture and community involvement.
• Sales and business development: Implement sales processes, build client relationships, and pursue market growth.
• Client experience: Ensure excellent service and resolve client issues effectively.
• Team management: Recruit, develop, motivate, and evaluate staff; foster teamwork and professional growth.
• Compliance and risk management: Ensure adherence to regulations, policies, and internal controls; implement risk mitigation practices.
• Operational efficiency: Lead operational excellence, monitor metrics, control expenses, and address operational concerns.
• Supervisory responsibilities: Direct, hire, train, evaluate, and discipline team members according to policies and laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; related experience preferred.

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce; ability to meet background and regulatory requirements.

Schedule

Monday - Thursday 8:30AM - 5:00PM, Friday 8:30AM - 6PM, Saturday 9AM - 1PM.
