Banking Center Manager
About the Role
Efficiently and effectively manage all aspects of branch operations personally or through subordinates.
Responsibilities
- Exercise administrative control over functions of the Banking Center, including implementation of policies, procedures, and objectives.
- Oversee auditing procedures for the Banking Center to ensure consistency in procedures.
- Maintain security controls of the Banking Center to protect facilities against criminal and fraudulent activity and unnecessary risk or exposure.
- Evaluate performance of employees on a monthly basis and participate in coaching employees in areas that need improvement.
- Ensure Banking Center employees receive ongoing education to stay updated on policies, procedures, systems, and products.
- Oversee Building Relationship performance.
- Develop and manage loan portfolio of consumer/light commercial accounts.
- Develop and manage deposit portfolio.
- Promote additional business and attend to existing customers.
- Maintain accurate credit records, reviewing collateral documentation and the servicing of collateral or supporting loan agreements.
- Ensure customer service standards are being met.
- Contact customers and business, community, and civic organizations to promote goodwill and generate new business.
- Resolve customer account problems.
- Comply with all applicable banking regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act.
- Follow Red River Bank policies and procedures.
- Complete all required training.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Directly supervise 2 - 10 Banking Center employees.
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws, including interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or one to two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing software.
