Responsibilities
- Own overall banking center performance, including achieving loan, deposit, and referral goals; monitor metrics and drive actions to improve results and sustain growth.
- Partner with Market leadership to align on goals, strategies, and opportunities.
- Contribute directly to results through personal production and client engagement.
- Build community presence and partnerships to drive business development and enhance the bank’s reputation.
- Collaborate across the market to connect clients to the full range of Old National capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- 4+ years of experience in banking, retail, or a client-facing environment, including exposure to sales, lending, and relationship management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, or influence others to achieve performance goals, preferably within a team-based or multi-functional environment.
- Understanding of consumer lending, sales processes, and client relationship management practices.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence across roles.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining client and team focus.
