Banking Center Manager

Responsibilities

• Own overall banking center performance, including achieving loan, deposit, and referral goals; monitor metrics and drive actions to improve results and sustain growth.
• Partner with Market leadership to align on goals, strategies, and opportunities.
• Contribute directly to results through personal production and client engagement.
• Build community presence and partnerships to drive business development and enhance the bank’s reputation.
• Collaborate across the market to connect clients to the full range of Old National capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• 4+ years of experience in banking, retail, or a client-facing environment, including exposure to sales, lending, and relationship management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, or influence others to achieve performance goals, preferably within a team-based or multi-functional environment.
• Understanding of consumer lending, sales processes, and client relationship management practices.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence across roles.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining client and team focus.

Benefits

Salary Range: $60,000/yr - $121,300/yr plus bonus. The base salary indicated for this position reflects the compensation range applicable to all levels of the role across the United States. Actual salary offers within this range may vary based on a number of factors, including the specific responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s relevant skills and professional experience, educational qualifications, and geographic location.
