Responsibilities
- Administer and ensure the efficient operation of the banking center, including branch profit and loss.
- Execute the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Implement and comply with all operational standards, legal, and regulatory requirements.
- Hire, train, develop, and evaluate staff to meet individual and team sales goals.
- Maximize sales and profitability of the entire banking center through direct client sales and service, including account opening, loan applications, service inquiries, and transaction processing.
- Assist the Community Banking Executive and Community Banking Market Manager in establishing, monitoring, and evaluating banking center and individual sales and service goals.
- Conduct regular meetings with the banking center team to build product knowledge, review goals, recognize success, and identify development opportunities.
- Participate in local community events to activate partnerships through volunteerism and corporate financial support.
- Build a team focused on a consultative sales approach, uncovering client needs and providing education on products and services.
- Lead the team in educating clients about consumer and small business loan and deposit products, promoting line-of-business resources through joint calling efforts.
- Proactively coach team members to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, ethical standards, and best practices.
- Ensure operational excellence by staffing to company benchmarks, meeting service standards, and responding to client inquiries per company policies.
- Partner with the Market Service Leader to ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, audit standards, legal and regulatory requirements, and security practices.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
- 4+ years of banking experience with 2+ years of consumer lending experience.
- 2+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in banking or retail.
- Must be eligible to register with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS).

Pay
The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $121,300 per year. Final compensation will be determined by location, skills, experience, qualifications, and the career level at which the position is filled.
