Banking Center Manager

Role Overview: This position oversees the operations, sales, profitability, and regulatory compliance of a banking center, ensuring high-quality, accurate, and timely customer service. Key Responsibilities Include Strategic Leadership: Coach, lead, and manage staff to execute initiatives and promote a positive work culture; represent the organization in the community.Sales & Business Development: Implement sales processes, build client relationships, and expand market presence through proactive outreach and networking.Client Experience: Ensure exceptional service and prompt resolution of client issues.Team Management: Recruit, train, develop, and motivate staff; conduct performance evaluations; foster teamwork and inclusion.Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulations, policies, and internal controls; promote risk mitigation practices.Operational Efficiency: Lead operational excellence, monitor metrics, control expenses, and collaborate with operational teams. Supervisory Responsibilities: Direct, evaluate, and develop staff, including hiring, coaching, and addressing performance issues. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; ability to perform essential duties; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce; compliance with background and licensing requirements.
