Responsibilities

Proactively develop and maintain client relationships in the market area
Meet or exceed loan, deposit, and fee income goals
Involvement in local civic organizations and community groups
Train and motivate team members to achieve high customer service standards
Develop and implement activities within the branch market area
Maintain appropriate staffing levels for customer service
Monitor and improve operational efficiencies
Maintain regulatory compliance
Control operational and administrative expenses
Resolve customer service issues
Represent the company professionally in community affairs

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
1-2 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Monday-Thursday: 9 AM–4 PM
