Banking Center Manager

About the Role

As a Strategic Leadership Coach, you will lead and manage a banking center team to execute strategic initiatives effectively, model First Horizon Bank's culture, and promote a positive work environment. You will also represent the company professionally in the local community.

Responsibilities

• Coach, lead, and manage the banking center team to ensure effective execution of strategic initiatives.
• Implement and coach an advice-driven sales process, providing one-on-one coaching and recognizing sales activities.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key clients and partners to expand the client base.
• Collaborate with key line of business partners to promote effective One Team partnerships.
• Drive business development through proactive sales calls, networking, and participation in local activities.
• Deliver excellent client experiences and promptly resolve client issues.
• Recruit, train, develop, and retain a high-performing retail banking center team.
• Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to team members.
• Ensure compliance with bank regulations, policies, and procedures, and implement effective risk management practices.
• Lead operational excellence, monitor metrics, and implement improvements as needed.
• Control operational and administrative expenses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (1-2 years related experience).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce.
• No specific certifications required, but compliance with the S.A.F.E Mortgage Licensing Act is necessary.
• Must meet background credit check requirements.
