Responsibilities

• Processes customer transactions and educates on banking products and services
• Provides consultative support and proactively recommends products and services

• Services customers on the teller line and digital platforms
• Manages customer wait times and appointment scheduling
• Engages in lead management activities
• Ensures compliance with policies and regulations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of experience working with customers
• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Teller experience preferred
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
