Responsibilities
- Processes customer transactions and opening new accounts
- Provides consultative support and proactively recommends products and services
- Engages customers through lead management activities like outbound calls, SMS, and appointment setting
- Ensures customer satisfaction by managing wait times and resolving issues
- Uses TD's systems and tools to manage customer relationships and drive referrals
- Completes everyday banking transactions accurately and efficiently
- Ensures compliance with regulations and maintains accurate records
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience working with customers in any capacity
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Teller experience preferred
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: One year of experience working with customers
- Skills: Strong customer service skills, ability to work independently, proficiency in Microsoft Office
