Banking Advisor III (MLO)
About the role
As a Banking Advisor III within PNC's Private Banking organization, you will be based in Washington, DC. PNC fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance.
Responsibilities
- Identifies and provides guidance and advice on appropriate credit and cash management solutions for current and prospective high-net worth clients as part of a broader Private Banking team.
- Mets with internal and external clients to introduce and sell AMG banking products and services.
- Buils relationships with internal and external partners, clients and COIs.
- Executes AMG banking transactions to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Originate, financial analyzes, negotiates and documents credit and non-credit banking products and services.
- Manages/monitors book of business to ensure client satisfaction, client retention and expansion of sales revenue.
- Analyzes, evaluates and mitigates credit risk for complex credit requests by utilizing knowledge of advanced credit fundamentals and internal credit policies.
- Provides leadership and mentoring to junior members of team.
- Ensures compliance with current banking policies and regulations.

In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Pay
Base Salary: $109,000.00 – $200,000.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education.
Schedule
This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
