Role focused on a portfolio of multinational Healthcare or Consumer clients in the U.S., combining industry expertise, strategic insight, and Citi’s full capabilities to help clients achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a portfolio of Industrials clients in the U.S., serving as the primary relationship manager and trusted advisor.
  • Grow client relationships, increase wallet share, and strengthen Citi’s position as a core banking partner.
  • Identify, originate, and execute opportunities across Citi’s banking, markets, services, and risk-management platforms.
  • Build relationships with senior executives across client organizations, expanding Citi’s access beyond treasury.
  • Win new business from existing clients and prospects, driving franchise growth.
  • Lead client coverage teams to execute strategy, deliver solutions, and achieve growth objectives.
  • Bring industry insights and strategic ideas to clients.
  • Drive execution of financing opportunities, transactions, and other strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and market developments.
  • Mentor junior bankers and contribute to a high-performance culture.
  • Exercise sound judgment and disciplined risk management.
  • Partner with Banking Industry teams to deliver insights that strengthen client relationships and deliver business growth.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, or related financial services experience.
  • Proven ability to build, manage, and grow relationships with large corporate and multinational clients.
  • Track record of winning new business, increasing wallet share, and delivering multi-product revenue growth.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate banking, lending, capital markets, treasury and trade solutions, and risk management products.
  • Understanding of the Industrials sector, including industry trends, business models, and key client priorities.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with senior executives and influence strategic client discussions.
  • Strong business development, negotiation, relationship management, and credit skills.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering solutions across multiple product areas.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a complex global organization.
  • Demonstrated commitment to sound risk management and regulatory compliance.
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred.
  • Bachelor’s/University degree; Master’s degree preferred.

Pay

Full-time salary range: $200,000.00 – $225,000.00. In addition to salary, eligible employees may receive discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
