What Will You Be Doing?

• Create Value: Complete assigned learning objectives with impact and energy.
• Collaborate & Engage: Work with cross-functional teams, contributing to bank-wide projects.
• Write and Analyze: Prepare concise reports, memos, and spreadsheets while hitting those deadlines.
• Attend Loan Committee Meetings: Get involved in decision-making and witness firsthand how the bank assesses lending opportunities.
• Compliance Training: Stay on top of the latest industry regulations with in-depth training sessions.

What You Bring to the Table

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• (Don’t have a degree but have 2-4 years of relevant work experience? We still want to hear from you!)
• Two years of banking or business experience (financial analysis experience is a plus).
• Relevant Background: Military experience or related education?
