About the role

This onsite position involves delivering high-quality customer service in a retail banking environment. Responsibilities include processing daily financial transactions, opening accounts, and promoting bank products through outreach and tailored recommendations to deepen client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide teller and platform support to ensure efficient service
• Identify client needs for cross-selling opportunities
• Assist with account and loan applications
• Conduct outbound calls for business development
• Maintain excellent client experience by resolving inquiries, researching issues, and enhancing product knowledge
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulations, and risk management protocols
• Support daily operations, assist with training new staff, and stay informed of operational updates

Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma or GED preferred, with at least 1 year of teller experience ideal. Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily, with strong communication, customer service, and operational skills. Employment is contingent upon background and credit checks, and compliance with relevant regulations.

Schedule

Onsite with scheduled hours from Monday to Thursday, Friday, and rotating Saturdays.
