About the role

Bank Transfer Revolution is designed to streamline the process of handling international payments, particularly those involving different currencies. It ensures that the correct bank account is used for each order, reducing the need for extensive reconciliation and minimizing financial losses.

Responsibilities

• Keeps a bank account per currency, allowing for multiple accounts on one order and freezing these details once the order is placed.
• Flexible account fields include IBAN, BIC, UK sort code, US routing number, bank address, and custom labelled rows for any specific bank requirements.
• Accounts are chosen based on the order details, ensuring that the right account is selected regardless of what the customer was browsing in.
• Optional rules can narrow down the selection by country, zone, customer group, carrier, or order value, with the most specific rule taking precedence.
• Instructions are provided in multiple languages, allowing for customization of account details and payment references.
• Split baskets remain as one payment, and the system handles the combined total for the customer.
• Accounts can be retired without deletion, allowing for historical tracking of previous settings.
• The back-office order page displays the exact details the customer received, making it easier to trace older orders.

Qualifications

The module is designed to work seamlessly with PrestaShop, requiring no core overrides and running on PHP 7.1 and newer versions. It supports PrestaShop releases from 1.6 through the current 9.x.
