Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to members and prospective members.
• Process financial transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and account maintenance.
• Assist members with checking, savings, certificate, IRA, trust, and estate accounts.
• Educate members on available banking products and services.
• Support lending-related inquiries and assist with credit and debit card services.
• Build strong relationships by understanding member needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Perform data entry and administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain compliance with banking policies, procedures, and security standards.
• Meet service and sales goals while creating a positive member experience.

Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing experience required.
