Bank Teller - Part-Time - McClelland
About the role
This onsite part-time Bank Teller position at our McClelland location is ideal for Finance or Accounting majors eager to apply academic knowledge in a professional setting. You'll work 25 hours per week, with required availability from 1:00 pm - 6:15 pm Monday through Friday and a rotating Saturday shift from 7:30 am - 12:15 pm.
As the face of exceptional customer service, you will handle a variety of teller transactions, address banking inquiries, and ensure every customer feels valued. You'll gain comprehensive knowledge of our bank products and services to identify cross-selling opportunities and refer customers effectively.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate assistance to customers
- Handle teller transactions and address banking inquiries

- Identify cross-selling opportunities and refer customers effectively
- Ensure accuracy in cash handling and transaction processing
- Operate office equipment such as printers, ten-key, and telephone systems

- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Jack Henry)
