• Analyse, research, and resolve problems and discrepancies related to member accounts and loans.
• Aid members with submitting consumer, mortgage, equity loan, overdraft protection, and credit card applications.
• Counsel current and prospective members on products and services.

Essential Skills

• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience in an inbound call centre environment.
• Proficiency in banking and finance.
• Excellent data entry skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Pay And Benefits
