Responsibilities
- Analyse, research, and resolve problems and discrepancies related to member accounts and loans.
- Aid members with submitting consumer, mortgage, equity loan, overdraft protection, and credit card applications.
- Counsel current and prospective members on products and services.

- Strong customer service skills.
- Experience in an inbound call centre environment.
- Proficiency in banking and finance.
- Excellent data entry skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Pay And Benefits
