About the role
Provide members and prospective members the full range of products and services offered by the client, including depository accounts, lending products, and credit/debit cards. Perform moderately complex platform banking functions under supervision.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, research and resolve problems and discrepancies related to member accounts/loans.
- Assist members with submitting consumer, mortgage, equity loan, overdraft protection, and credit card applications.
- Counsel current and prospective members about company products and services.
- Ensure cash and other negotiable instruments are handled properly.
- Identify opportunities to cross‑service products and increase product penetration.
- Perform platform banking functions.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of cash handling experience in in‑person customer service, retail, or banking.
- Bank Teller experience preferred but not required.
- High School Diploma required.
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and via email.
Schedule
- Full‑time, 40 hours per week.
- Monday‑Friday: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm.
- Saturday: 8:00 am – 2:30 pm (2–3 Saturdays a month as needed).
Pay
The pay range for this position is $21.42 per hour.
