About the role

Bank Teller position with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution located at 6011 Poyner Village Parkway, Raleigh, NC 27616. This is a full-time, onsite role.

Responsibilities

• Provide members and prospective members the full range of products and services including depository accounts (checking, savings, certificate IRA, revocable trust and estate accounts), lending products, and credit/debit cards.
• Perform moderately complex platform banking functions under supervision.
• Analyze, research and resolve problems and discrepancies related to member accounts/loans.
• Assist members with submitting consumer/mortgage/equity loan, overdraft protection and credit card applications.
• Counsel current and prospective members about company products and services.
• Ensure cash and other negotiable instruments are handled properly.
• Identify opportunities to cross‑sell products and increase product penetration.
• Perform platform banking functions.

Requirements

• 1‑3 years of cash handling experience in in‑person customer service, retail, and/or banking industry.
• Bank Teller experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and via email.
• High School Diploma required.
