About the role

F&M Trust is seeking a Financial Services Representative (FSR) for its Newville Office, located just two blocks from the square. The FSR will service current and new customers, perform a wide array of transactions for consumer and business customers, and recommend bank products and services that benefit customers. The role includes initial product training and opportunities to advance knowledge and skills, enabling the representative to open accounts for customers after training.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to excel in a sales and service environment.
• Openness to training and development opportunities.
• Communicates in a professional and courteous manner.
• Supports and works well within a team environment.
• Able to adapt to change and multiple priorities.
• Detail‑oriented.
• Outgoing personality.
• Previous customer service, sales, and/or cash handling experience is preferred but not required.
