About the role
The Princess Grace Hospital is seeking a Staff Nurse to join its Bank Inpatients Orthopaedics Team. This position offers the chance to care for patients undergoing complex orthopaedic procedures in a specialist setting, utilizing advanced technology and resources.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Mobilize patients as part of the care process.
- Collaborate with expert Orthopaedic Consultants and multidisciplinary teams.
- Deliver exceptional patient care in a supportive and compassionate manner.
Requirements
- NMC Registered Nurse.
- Experience in orthopaedic settings, including pre-op and post-op major joint replacement surgeries.
- Excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
- Must have orthopaedic experience.
- Exposure to pre-op and post-op orthopaedic major joint replacement surgeries.
- Experience in mobilizing patients.
- Excellent communication skills.
