About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Document patient care activities accurately and timely.

Requirements

  • Current RN license in the state of practice.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher preferred.
  • Experience in orthopedic nursing is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passionate about providing high-quality patient care.

Skills

  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in electronic health record systems.
