Processes garnishments and levies and reclamations on customer accounts
Prints, reviews for accuracy, and mails customer interest checks
Maintains all return mail, dormant accounts and customer accounts (may include KMN account maintenance)
Completes research requests for CO Banks and helps resolve service issues for our customers
Reviews various reports as assigned
Positive Pay Legal and Branch Research, including VOD’s and VOM’s
Process Inactive and Dormant Accounts
On Us Check review
Process Mobile and ATM Deposits
Responsible for printing, accuracy review and mailing of customer interest checks
ATM Live functions as needed
Reviews and monitors return mail
Regular and reliable attendance
Performs other duties as assigned by management

Knowledge of FiServ preferred
Knowledge of Windows based programs preferred
Skills in good customer service and telephone courtesy
Ability to operate a PC with keyboard accuracy and speed
Ability to work under pressure, meet critical deadlines and have constant interruptions while doing assigned responsibilities including reconcilement, verification and computer input
