Position Overview The Bank Product Manager is accountable for the strategy, performance, and lifecycle management of assigned banking products and solutions. This role leads the development, launch, enhancement, and optimization of products, digital capabilities, and acquisition programs that increase adoption, retention, customer value, and Bank profitability. The position manages financial and operational performance, including revenue, expense, profitability, return on assets, return on investment, growth, utilization, and risk and compliance outcomes. The Bank Product Manager uses market intelligence, customer insights, and advanced analysis to set priorities, make recommendations, and ensure assigned products remain competitive, sustainable, and aligned with the Bank’s strategic and customer experience objectives.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, roadmap, performance, and lifecycle of assigned banking products and solutions, with accountability for profit and loss, growth results, utilization, retention, customer experience, risk, and compliance outcomes.
