About the Role

As a Bank Platform Transformation - Solution Architect - Manager, you will design and implement seamless integration solutions and robust platform architectures to enhance business performance within our clients' organizations. You will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards, while motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm, lead with integrity, and embrace technology and innovation to enhance delivery.

In this role, you will be part of our Integration and Platform Architecture team, focusing on creating architectures that enable efficient data flow and enhance overall business processes. You will work closely with clients in the Banking and Capital Markets industry to optimize their technology infrastructure for improved business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement seamless integration solutions to connect various organizational systems and applications.
  • Create robust architectures that enable efficient data flow and enhance overall business processes.
  • Lead teams in strategic planning and execution of integration and platform architecture projects.
  • Utilize technical proficiency in API Management and Enterprise Application Integration to optimize technology infrastructure.
  • Oversee the deployment of scalable data integration and virtualization solutions.
  • Promote the use of innovative technologies and leading practices across integration architecture teams.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within integration frameworks.
  • Identify opportunities for optimizing data utilization and improving business performance.
  • Mentor team members to develop skills and enhance their contributions to client projects.
  • Address conflicts or issues, engaging in critical conversations with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 4 years of experience.

Preference for candidates with expertise in one or more of the following fields of study:

  • Analytics/Data Science
  • Artificial Intelligence/Robotics
  • Business Administration/Management
  • Computer Science/Information Systems
  • Engineering
  • Mathematics/Statistics

Pay

The salary range for this position is $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
