Bank Platform Transformation - Solution Architect - Manager
As a Manager in our Integration and Platform Architecture team, you will design and implement seamless integration solutions and robust platform architectures to enhance business performance within our clients' organizations. You will lead teams, manage client accounts, and focus on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. Accountable for project success and maintaining standards, you will motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality while identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You will lead with integrity and authenticity, embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery.
About the role
You will be part of our Integration and Platform Architecture team, focusing on creating architectures that enable efficient data flow and enhance overall business processes. Within our Core Banking Technology sector, you will work closely with clients in the Banking and Capital Markets industry, helping them optimize their technology infrastructure for improved business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement seamless integration solutions to connect various organizational systems and applications
- Create robust architectures that enable efficient data flow and enhance overall business processes
- Lead teams in strategic planning and execution of integration and platform architecture projects
- Utilize technical proficiency in API Management and Enterprise Application Integration to optimize technology infrastructure
- Oversee the deployment of scalable data integration and virtualization solutions
- Promote the use of innovative technologies and leading practices across integration architecture teams
- Confirm data integrity, security, and compliance within integration frameworks
- Identify opportunities for optimizing data utilization and improving business performance
- Mentor team members to develop skills and enhance their contributions to client projects
- Address conflicts or issues, engaging in critical conversations with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
Qualifications
Preference for candidates with a degree in one or more of the following fields:
- Analytics/Data Science
- Artificial Intelligence/Robotics
- Business Administration/Management
- Computer Science/Information Systems
- Engineering
- Mathematics/Statistics
Skills
- Utilizing Agile Methodology for efficient project management

Pay
The salary range for this position is $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
