The opportunity to lead core banking modernization initiatives, driving operational efficiency and strategic transformation for clients through consulting services in business applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transformation of core banking platforms to enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage client engagements and deliver consulting services for business applications.
• Analyze client needs and implement software solutions to optimize business processes.
• Provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications.
• Develop strategic plans and execute technology-driven initiatives to achieve client objectives.
• Mentor team members and leverage their strengths to deliver quality outcomes.
• Address conflicts and engage in difficult conversations with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Uphold professional and technical standards while reinforcing the firm's code of conduct.

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 4 years of experience.

Pay

Salary range: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon skills, experience, qualifications, and location. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
