About the role

The AI Content Strategist – Sr. Marketing Director will lead and direct work across the team, developing and delivering the overall marketing strategy for a portfolio of programs, products, and processes. This role sits within the Content Marketing Center of Excellence, which supports best-in-class content marketing programs across Bank of America’s lines of business.

As Bank of America accelerates its transformation through AI, this position will define how content strategy, content marketing, and content experiences evolve in an AI-powered landscape. The role serves as the Content Strategy Lead for the Consumer line of business while modernizing content strategy and operations through AI-enabled approaches.

Responsibilities

• Use data to make strategic marketing program decisions and demonstrate return on investment.
• Build partnerships across the enterprise to drive priorities and project direction.
• Make complex decisions delivering notable impact at the division level.
• Identify risks, track budgets and scope of work, define and prioritize solutions, and deploy required resources.
• Develop scalable frameworks and best practices for AI-driven content strategy and operations.
• Guide the organization in adapting content marketing practices for an AI-driven world, leveraging large language models, evolving discovery behaviors, and changing customer expectations.
• Influence stakeholders and drive execution within a complex, matrixed organization.
