Bank Loan Servicing, Officer
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with a deep understanding of servicing bank loan debt held in complex global fund structures. Responsibilities
- Perform daily maintenance and record-keeping for syndicated bank loans held in various mutual fund and other structured portfolios for SSC clients.
- Process new trades and trade settlements on accounting records.
- Reconcile cash balances daily.
- Produce daily roll-forward proof of portfolio holdings and accrual information.
- Prepare standard and ad-hoc reporting for both internal and external customers.
- Respond to customer queries on a daily basis.
- Process bank loan notices as received from agent banks.
- Interact with investment managers on assigned portfolios, fulfilling ad-hoc requests and providing daily reporting per client-specific guidelines.
- Work closely with mutual fund counterparts to provide loan-related reports for incorporation into the final NAV calculation.
- Identify and report or escalate any unusual or potentially suspicious transaction activity in accordance with corporate policy and operating procedures.
- Perform other tasks as needed.

Pay
Salary range: $70,000 - $122,500 annually. The range applies to the primary location specified; if the role is based outside this location, the applicable range may differ.
