We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with a deep understanding of servicing bank loan debt held in complex global fund structures. The ideal candidate will have a background in client management, strong critical thinking skills, and the ability to meet aggressive deadlines in a high-volume work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily maintenance and record keeping for Syndicated Bank Loans held in various Mutual Fund and other Structured portfolios for SSC clients.
  • Process new trades and trade settlements on accounting records.
  • Conduct daily reconciliation of cash balances.
  • Produce daily roll-forward proof of portfolio holdings and accrual information.
  • Prepare standard and ad-hoc reporting for both internal and external customers.
  • Respond to customer queries on a daily basis.
  • Process bank loan notices as received from agent banks.
  • Interact with the Investment Manager on assigned portfolios, performing ad-hoc requests and providing daily reporting per client-specific guidelines.
  • Work closely with mutual fund counterparts to provide loan-related reports for incorporation into the final NAV calculation.
  • Identify and report or escalate any unusual or potentially suspicious transaction activity in accordance with corporate policy and operating procedures.
  • Perform other tasks as needed.

Pay

Salary Range: $70,000 - $122,500 Annual. The range applies to the primary location specified. If the candidate works outside this location, the applicable range may differ.
