Bank Branch Manager

Job Description

Lead goal setting, coach teams for performance, and drive business development.
Manage service delivery, sales pipelines, and customer engagement using digital tools and CRM platforms.
Assist with branch operations management and daily oversight.
Handle sales pipeline management and business development.
Manage budgets and financial reporting.
Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management.
Assist with hiring, onboarding, and staff development.

Position Requirements

• Possess a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
• Must register as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) through NMLS within 60 days of hire.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Customer-focused with ability to build long-term community relationships.
• Accountable, results-driven, and goal-oriented.
• Collaborative coach who sets clear expectations and drives performance.

Qualifications

• 3 years of proven experience in retail sales or financial services required.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.

Benefits

• Type: Full-time; Direct Hire.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Rotational Saturdays, 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM).

Pay

$80,000 to $115,000/year
