This registration in the Talent Pool is for the company to consider you for future opportunities as a Jovem Aprendiz in Rio Grande do Sul (RS) and Santa Catarina (SC). Applications open until December 31, 2026.
About the role
We are looking for young individuals to join our Talent Pool for future opportunities at our cooperative. As a Jovem Aprendiz, you will support administrative or customer service areas in our branches or other structures, ensuring professional development in a cooperative and collaborative environment. You will also participate in theoretical classes taught by our partner educational institution on pre-scheduled days and times.
Responsibilities
- Organize, file, and digitize documents;
- Receive clients or members and clarify basic questions about services;
- Answer and direct phone calls;
- Distribute mail, correspondence, and internal communications;
- Assist in controlling office supplies and filling out spreadsheets;
- Update customer and supplier records in the system;
- Be punctual and comply with the company’s internal rules;
- Fulfill the workload required by the training institution.
Requirements
- Be between 16 and 22 years old;
- Be currently enrolled in school;
- Reside in one of the cities within our areas of operation;
- Enjoy communicating and interacting with people;
- Be organized and eager to learn.
