BALTIMORE SALES LEAD-FULL TIME

About the role

We're looking for a motivated, analytical, creative, and great communicator to join our team in Baltimore (Hampden, Fells Point, and Federal Hill locations). All Baltimore locations share staff, so you'll be expected to work across these sites.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate initiative and a sense of urgency in preparing the selling floor prior to store opening
• Create the best possible customer service experience
• Share knowledge and educate other associates on merchandise standards
• Build great long-lasting relationships with customers
• Measure and exceed customer service goals, including customer retention, churn rate, renewals/win-backs, and more
• Do whatever it takes to make your customer happy
• Be aspirational to your customers in all aspects of culture
• Organize inventory on the sales floor and maintain store cleanliness and presentation throughout the day, especially before closing

Requirements

• 1+ years of relevant service experience in a fast-paced, creative retail environment
• Shopify knowledge is a plus
• A dedication to making people happy and consistently elevating the customer experience
• Familiarity with desktop, mobile, tablet, and digital technology user functionality
