Balloon Production & Delivery Associate

About the role

Balloon Kings Dallas is seeking a creative, reliable, and hands-on part-time team member to assist with producing balloon decor and supporting event orders across the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Responsibilities

• Building balloon bouquets, garlands, arches, columns, and other decor.
• Helping customers choose colors, themes, and balloon options.
• Preparing orders accurately and on time.
• Aiding with deliveries and occasional event setup/install.
• Keeping the workspace clean, organized, and production-ready.
• Supporting in-store operations and providing strong customer service.

Requirements

• Experience in balloons, party stores, event setup, florals, visual merchandising, catering, or decor production.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
• A good sense of color, design, and presentation.
• Reliable, punctual, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with hands-on production work and busy holiday periods.
• Friendly and professional with customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Ability to lift 20+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
