BALL GROUND STRETCH OPERATOR - 1st Shift

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machinery and equipment to stretch and cut material
• Inspect products for quality and dimensional accuracy
• Promote and practice workplace safety
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Mechanical or manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Ability to operate various machines
• Physically able to stand, bend, reach, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly

Requirements

• Comply with ITAR regulations
• Be a U.S. citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, Political Asylee, or Refugee

Pay

• 1st Shift: $20.00/hour starting, $21.56/hour after completion of level 1 (around 90 days)
• 3rd Shift: $22.00/hour starting, $23.56/hour after completion of level 1 (around 90 days)

Schedule

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
