Job Summary

The Sales & Client Advisor (Keyholder) position supports management in ensuring store procedures are executed correctly and provides top-quality customer service.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals
• Open and close the store
• Ensure stockroom is organized and merchandise is accessible
• Assist in overseeing store operations
• Work towards balanced strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management
• Maintain interpersonal skills for clear, effective communication
• Handle customer complaints and feedback appropriately and promptly
• Support, follow, and enforce store operations manual
• Enforce sustainability policies
• Manage store shrinkage by partnering with the Stock Associate / Operations Manager / Sales Team
• Ensure cash registers and safes are functioning properly and maintain accurate cash/change
• Support visual display and merchandising as directed by the Store Manager/Direct Report
• Oversee daily cleaning and physical upkeep of the store
• Maintain fixtures, shelving, carpeting, lighting, and supplies

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or fashion companies
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proven ability to drive results in a selling role, exceeding individual and store goals
• Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
• Strategic vision to develop the business and high level of personal performance
