Responsibilities

• Manage operation of baler equipment
• Packaging finished and partial bales
• Operating powered industrial truck (may be clamp truck, scissor truck, forklift, pole hyster or other PIT)
• Maintaining records, reports and other documentation
• Keeping work area clean and organized
• Remaining safety-focused

Requirements

• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
• Continuous standing
• Frequent walking
• Frequent pushing and pulling
• Frequent bending and stooping
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions
• Commitment to keep yourself and others safe
• Able to maintain good attendance
• Positive attitude and flexibility to jump in where needed
• Good communication skills
