Bakery Team Member

About the role

Join the fast-paced, fun atmosphere in our Sheetz Bakery and help create delicious treats our customers can’t get enough of. Your day-to-day will be busy as you rotate through different stations: mixing, icing, dipping, decorating, stacking, and packaging. You’ll use state-of-the-art equipment, maintain safety and cleanliness, and ensure every product looks and tastes amazing.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment like mixers, ovens, cutters, and depositors to keep products flowing.
• Apply finishing touches to baked goods, including filling, icing, dipping, and decorating.
• Handle traying, panning, stacking, packaging, labeling, and palletizing products as they move through production.
• Move racks and trays of fresh product around the bakery to maintain workflow.
• Perform labeling, time sheets, safety checks, and quality checks to uphold standards.
• Sanitize equipment and work areas using basic cleaning tools and supplies.
• Rotate through different bakery roles to support the team wherever needed.
• Use RF scanners and assist with order selection to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred (equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications, and/or experience may be considered).
• No prior experience required; foodservice or warehouse experience is a plus.
• No specific licenses or certifications required.
