Safety
Monitor production paperwork, material usage, and operational efficiency
Promote a safe work environment and compliance with OSHA, USDA, BRC, and company standards
Responsibilities
- Support daily bakery production operations to meet safety, quality, and production goals
- Coordinate workflow and provide floor leadership for bakery associates during assigned shifts
- Troubleshoot operational and production issues and escalate concerns when needed
- Aid with startup, shutdown, and product changeovers
- Train and mentor team members on GMPs, food safety, sanitation, and standard operating procedures
- Reinforce accountability, teamwork, and performance expectations
- Communicate closely with Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, and Production leadership teams
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of manufacturing or bakery production experience preferred
- Previous lead or leadership experience preferred
- Knowledge of food manufacturing, GMPs, OSHA, USDA, and BRC standards preferred
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and ERP/WMS systems
- Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules as needed
