About the role
We are seeking an experienced production supervisor to join our leadership team in Atlanta, Georgia. This is normally a 2nd shift assignment in a 3-shift-per-day, 5-day-per-week operation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee production quality
- Manage demand versus completions
- Control costs
- Supervise and manage employees
- Provide training
- Ensure safety compliance
- Create and manage schedules
- Enforce company GMPs, policies, and procedures
Requirements
- 5+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in a bakery environment
- Experience with BRC protocol is very helpful
- Prior experience managing in a union environment is also helpful
