Bakery Mixing Operator

Position: Bakery Mixing Operator | Location: Poughkeepsie, New York area

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• At least 3 years of Bakery experience
• Experience with HACCP, GMP, Food Safety, SQF, and AIB

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent food production according to the company’s recipes and standards
• Mixing batches for breads, cakes, and cookies according to recipes
• Understanding Baking Science of Time, Temperature, and Humidity
• Ensure Quality, Food Safety, Production Efficiencies, minimal Waste
• Must be able to Lift 50 pound bags of flour and sugar
